FABER RESIDENCE

Are you a writer, translator, scriptwriter, playwright, actor, musician, filmmaker, photographer, artist, critic, historian, philosopher, sociologist, anthropologists, journalist, scientist, researcher, biologist economist, lawyer and other professionals (or groups, institutions, enterprises, associations and other organisations) from all over the world?

1. Are you one whose activity is focused on some of the thematic residencies?
2. A professional who wants to work on their projects for a few days out of the dates of thematic residencies. That is to say, to do an individual residency.

Faber offers you the opportunity to come to spend a few days (between one and three weeks) in the context of a thematic period to work on your personal project and, if you come to do a thematic residence, exchange experiences with other residents.

Faber, the Arts, Sciences and Humanities Residency of Catalonia in Olot, is a place for writers, translators, artists of diverse disciplines, scholars and scientists to stay together and to work on their personal projects.

In Faber, provisions are made for accommodation, a work-space and meals but the residency does not cover travel costs.

If it is necessary, the residence will issue an invitation for the successful candidate in order to apply for a visa.
